Blog 2: Quality > Quantity

Quality will always be the better option than quantity, whether any of us would like to admit it or not. You won’t remember your life by the number of friends you had. Quantity will remain just a number and there’s no amount of number that will lead you to the happiness that you seek. I, personally, rather have a limited number of friends who care about me than a multitude of people who won’t ever truly be there for me. I know that you think you’re better off having someone, anyone, rather than being alone. But when you think about it, even with a large quantity of people you end up feeling alone anyways because they don’t truly care about you. I hope you start to believe that you are more deserving of love and good people than you are allowing yourself to have. Don’t settle for filler people. It’s better to be alone and at peace than to be surrounded by people who belittle you. Allow yourself to accept better. You deserve better. You are worth more than the nothing that you are being given. You’ll find your quality people. There are wonderful people who will stick by you, who will love you, and who will make you feel seen. Find them and never let them go.
